Built on "The Big One" and sharing most of its shape, but visible from across a room thanks to the steel bars and the outer ball gag.
In the mouth it works like The Big One, except the jaw is held much wider open to make room for the bar and the ball. The result is a considerably fuller mouth, and the bar holds everything firmly in place.
It fills the oral cavity and the space between teeth and lips completely, with the tongue fixed in its own opening.
Soft silicone, so it stays comfortable, and food-grade.
Speech drops to unarticulated sounds, guessable if you already know what the wearer wants to say.
