Retail Associate - London Store
Salary: 12.65 p/h. Staff discount. NEST Pension.
Hours: Part Time (2-3 shifts per week)

Location: REGULATION Store, 13A Bateman St, Soho, London
As a part time retail sales associate in our REGULATION London store you'll be based in the heart of Soho delivering exceptional customer service and support. As a long serving gay fetish retailer, the customer is at the centre of everything we do.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting and advising customers in store or via other sales channels.
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction using product knowledge and teaming up with co-workers to provide excellent sales service
- Ability to learn and share expertise of products to fit customer’s needs
- Daily store tasks including cleaning, re-merchandising and stock checks, without necessary supervision.
- Process in store collections and stock transfers.
- Staying in touch with other departments via internal communication systems.
- Learning how to measure customers during Custom Fit clothing appointments.
- Handling phone calls and dealing with customer enquiries.
Skills & Requirements
- Technically competent with good problem solving skills
- Previous retail experience advantageous.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills

Warehouse Operative
Salary £12.65 per hour. Generous staff discount. NEST Pension.
Hours Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm, Minimum 35 hours p/w.
Contract Permanent
Location Blackhorse Road, North London.
As a Warehouse Operative in our small North London Warehouse you will be part of the key operational team and will report to the Warehouse Supervisor. You will be a team player, using a variety of control systems for all operations including; receiving goods & customer returns, picking, packaging, despatch and stock control.
Key Responsibilities
- Picking customer orders and internal stock transfers via PDAs and manual pick lists
- Packing customer orders and internal stock transfer at packing stations using Computer Systems
- Processing – process stock in an accurate manner using the appropriate method
- Have a systematic eye for detail to carry out accurate and efficient work
- Locate new products and returns into pick locations.
- Have responsibility for quality assurance and housekeeping
- Receiving and checking customer returns
- Meeting KPI targets
- Ensuring work areas are kept clean, neat and well organised
- Health & safety awareness
- Standing or walking for long periods of time depending on job role.
- Working at pace whilst maintaining standards
- Lifting, bending, twisting and moving products up to 15kg in weight

Latex Cutter

REGULATION is London's premier fetish brand, specialising in British made latex and leather menswear.
We are looking for a Latex Cutter to join our production team, on a full time basis (37.5 working hours per week Mon-Fri).The successful candidate will ideally have some experience in prior sample / production cutting roles. Full knowledge, training and experience is a plus but not necessary as we will provide on the job training to hone those skills towards the requirements for the materials we work with. Hourly pay will be reflective of current experience levels

Latex Garment Assembly Technician
Salary: Subject to experience
Contract: Part/Full Time, Freelance (in house)
Location: REGULATION HQ, Unit 11B Uplands Business Park, London, E17 5QJ
The successful candidate will ideally have 2-3 years minimum experience in prior manufacturing/assembly roles working specifically with latex. Hourly pay will be reflective of current experience levels.

Brand Marketing Development Lead
Salary: Subject to experience (Full Time)

Your daily responsibilities will include developing and implementing marketing strategies across various channels to drive brand awareness and customer engagement. Leveraging your existing knowledge of e-commerce marketing, you will deliver content and strategies that shape our brands while exercising sound editorial judgement. You will collaborate closely with other team members to create and publish promotional assets for email, social media, and both mobile and desktop platforms.
Additional responsibilities include campaign analysis, staying informed on consumer trends, social marketing, e-commerce SEO, SEM, PPC platforms, A/B testing, basic landing page and UX optimization, and basic copywriting.
Main Responsibilities
- Create and manage content for both brand’s social media, emails, and other forms of digital communication
- Research, track, and analyse consumer behaviours and trends and implement research into digital marketing campaigns
- Deliver weekly email blasts along with optimisation of automated email flows
- Feedback analytics on the overall performance of various marketing campaigns, including ROIs and KPIs
- Brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies and marketing techniques
- Develop and monitor your campaign budgets
- Stay up to date on the latest social media trends, and implement them in marketing campaigns
