Shipping

Which countries do you ship to?

REGULATION is based in the United Kingdom but we ship order to European Union, USA, Canada and worldwide.

EU ORDERS UNDER €150

We'll charge EU taxes. No customs clearance fees should be due when your package arrives in your country.

EU ORDERS OVER €150 OR NON-EU Countries

We'll remove UK VAT (20%) at checkout. These orders are subject to local import taxes and clearance fees.

OPTIONS FOR GERMANY & FRANCE
Duties, taxes + fees can be pre-paid on most orders. Select the prepaid shipping option at checkout when available.

NON-EU COUNTRIES

We'll remove UK VAT (20%) at checkout. These orders are subject to local import taxes and clearance fees.

Some products face customs restrictions. You must check local laws before ordering.
Shipping costs can be viewed when you add items to your cart and enter your address in the Calculate Shipping and Tax section.

Please be aware that REGULATION has as a duty to declare goods and their value to all countries.

How long will my order take?

We try to dispatch orders within 1-2 working days of them being placed and we ship Monday-Friday. If all or part of your order is out of stock we will contact you as soon as possible and will advise of the soonest time the item will be sent out. International orders sent from the UK can take between 10 - 14 days to arrive. Smaller standard parcels are dispatched via recorded international mail. Larger, high-value orders are dispatched via courier.

Items made in our workshop, such as leather & rubber clothing, or items that are offered on a backorder basis can take longer. The estimated production or shipping time is listed on each product listing and orders are usually shipped within 24 hours of full completion. Orders are typically shipped entirely when all parts are completed and available - if you require in-stock items earlier than any product with a leadtime, we would recommend placing separate orders.

Is your packaging discreet?

Our customers privacy is very important to us and so we make sure all orders are sent in un-branded plain packaging or boxes.

Items sent via Royal Mail or courier have a small return address as standard, however, this excludes our company name.

I've not received my order, what can I do?

Sometimes items do get lost in the post or an order may be slightly delayed if there a busy shipping times such as the Christmas period. In most cases, an email will be sent confirming your order has been dispatched and this will include any tracking details is applicable.

If you believe your item should have arrived, contact us to report the item missing. We may need to speak to the courier to investigate further and will be in touch to confirm our next steps.

Do you offer priority UK shipping? 

If you select a paid shipping method during checkout (i.e non-free shipping methods) your order will be shipped ahead of order shipped with our Free UK Shipping methods.

Your order will usually be processed within 1 business day and shipped using a service with an estimated delivery time of 1-2 business days. 

Do you ship to British Forces Post Office addresses? (BFPO) 

Due to shipping restrictions with many of our adult products, we regret that we are not currently able to ship to BFPO addresses.

Returns and Refunds

How do I return a product?

Returns or exchanges can be accepted up to 30 days after receipt of your goods.

You can book a return please at regulation.co.uk/returns.
To help with processing your return, please include your original packing slip. Refunds are usually completed within 2 - 5 working days.

UK Returns
Prepaid shipping labels with either Collect+ or Royal Mail are provided. Return shipping costs £4 and is deducted once your items arrive at our warehouse.

International Returns
A return address will be provided once booked on our system. You should return your package using a tracked and insured international service. Please indicate the items enclosed are returned merchandise for customs declarations.
We don't currently provide free outbound shipping for non-UK exchanges. We'll be in touch with a payment link if this is required.

Please note: we are unable to refund or exchange returned items that are lost in the post. It's recommended you return using a tracked or insured delivery service.
We are also unable to process returns or exchanges for insertables, personal lubes or bespoke/made-to-order items.

I received a faulty or broken item

If you receive a faulty item please notify us using our returns portal at regulation.co.uk/returns. One of our support team will then advise you of how we'll replace the item.

Please don't return faulty products without contacting us first as sometimes an item will be returned directly back to the manufacturer.

Are there any charges for returns?

  • Pre-paid return shipping costs from £3.50 for UK customers.
  • International returns/exchanges are not currently pre-paid. You'll need to cover the cost or all additional shipping.
  • You are responsible for any additional customs charges.

Do I need a printer to send my return?

UK returns can be printer-less using Royal Mail. Simply present a digital QR code at any Post Office after you've received your return confirmation email.

What items are returnable?

You can return your items within 30 days of receipt of your shipment.

  • They must be in their original condition
  • For insertables, still sealed in clear packaging
  • Other items in the original packaging

Free gifts are not returnable. Custom made products are also excluded however we may be able to offer credit or exchanges in exceptional circumstance. Please contact customer support.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 3-10 business days from when we receive the item(s).

Refunds of non-UK Taxes & Duties
For refunds to customers outside of the UK, we are unable to refund taxes and duties ourselves as there were paid directly to your local tax authorities during shipping.As a private individual, you may request a refund of taxes and duties from your local tax authority. They will usually require evidence that you have returned your order to the United Kingdom along with the original confirmation of sale.
