PRE-LOVE GEAR SALE TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Sellers agree that 10% of garment sales will be donated to charity. This year's charity will be the "Outright LGBTIQ Ukraine Emergency Fund"
2. Sellers must set the sale price of their items.
3. All items must be in a clean and saleable condition. REGULATION reserves the right to refuse items based on their condition, quality or suitability for sale.
4. Payments to sellers can only be made via Paypal or offered as Store Credit. Payment will be issued to sellers no later than 30th July 2022. All garments must be collected by 19:00 on Tue 19th July 2022. Unclaimed garments after this time cannot be shipped or stored and will be disposed of. 5. Regulation accepts no liability for stolen or damaged items.

PRICE DRAWER TERMS & CONDITIONS
The Prize: The prize will consist of merchandise with an original retail value totalling at least £1000.
Entry: Entries are accepted between 9th-17th July 2022. You may enter by providing an email address at a counter in our Soho Store during checkout. No purchase is necessary. You may additionally choose to opt-in to receive marketing emails in accordance with GDPR. No entries can be accepted outside of this time.
Winner Selection: Selection will be made digitally.
The Winner: The winner will be contacted within 30 days. Prizes will be distributed at no cost to the winner. The winner agrees to provide their first name or handle for publicity material on social media or in marketing communications.
