Product Subscription — Terms & Conditions

These terms ("Terms") govern recurring product subscriptions purchased from REGULATION ("we", "us", "our"), operated by Regulation GB Ltd of Unit 11B Uplands Business Park, London, E17 5QJ, at regulation.co.uk.

By placing a subscription order, you confirm that you are aged 18 or over, have read these Terms in full, and agree to be bound by them. These Terms apply alongside our standard Terms of Sale, Returns Policy, and Privacy Policy.

1. About Product Subscriptions

A product subscription is a recurring order for selected products at regulation.co.uk. When you subscribe, you authorise us to dispatch and charge for the selected products at the delivery frequency you choose, until you cancel.

Subscriptions are managed through Appstle Subscriptions services. You can view and manage your subscription at any time from your account at account.regulation.co.uk.

2. Eligibility

Product subscriptions are available to customers aged 18 and over with a valid delivery address in the United Kingdom or outside subject to availability. You must have a Shopify/REGULATION customer account and a valid payment method to subscribe.

3. How Your Subscription Works

When you place a subscription order, you'll select:

  • The product(s) you want to receive
  • The delivery frequency (e.g. every 1, 2, or 3 months)
  • Your delivery address and payment method

Your first order is processed immediately. Subsequent orders are processed automatically at your chosen frequency, on or around the same date each cycle.

4. Pricing and Discounts

The price of each subscription delivery is the price displayed on the product page at the time of subscription, including any subscription discount applied at the point of sign-up.

Subscription prices may differ from one-off purchase prices. Any discount associated with your subscription is applied for as long as your subscription remains active and uninterrupted.

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. We will notify you by email before any price change takes effect. Updated pricing will apply to your next billing cycle. You may cancel before the change takes effect if you do not accept it.

5. Billing

Payment is taken automatically using the payment method you provided at sign-up. You will be charged on the date your next order is processed.

You will receive an email reminder 3 days before each renewal, in line with UK subscription contract regulations, giving you time to skip, edit, or cancel before payment is taken.

If a payment fails, we will retry over the following 7 days. If payment cannot be collected after retries, your subscription will be paused until you update your payment details.

It is your responsibility to keep your payment method, billing address, and delivery address up to date in your account.

6. Skipping a Delivery

You may skip an upcoming delivery at any time from your account, up until the day before the order is processed. Skipped deliveries do not affect your subscription discount or your overall subscription status.

7. Pausing Your Subscription

You may pause your subscription at any time from your account. Paused subscriptions are not billed and no orders are sent during the pause period. Your subscription resumes on the date you select, or you can resume it manually at any time.

8. Editing Your Subscription

You can edit your subscription from your account at any time, including:

  • Changing the delivery frequency
  • Updating quantities
  • Changing your delivery address
  • Updating your payment method

Changes apply from your next billing cycle.

9. Cancelling Your Subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account, or by contacting us at support@regulation.co.uk.

Cancellation takes effect immediately. No further orders will be processed and no further charges will be taken. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund of past deliveries that have already been processed and dispatched.

10. Right to Cancel Individual Orders (Cooling-Off)

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have a 14-day right to cancel each individual product delivery without giving a reason. The 14-day period begins on the day you receive the goods.

To exercise this right, contact us at support@regulation.co.uk before the 14-day period expires. You must return the goods to us in unused, unopened, resaleable condition within 14 days of telling us you wish to cancel.

Items excluded from the right to cancel: For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned once unsealed or used:

  • Lubricants and intimate products where the seal has been broken
  • Personal care and consumable items where the seal has been broken
  • Items personalised or made to order

This is in line with Regulation 28 of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which permits exclusions for sealed goods unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons.

Cancelling an individual delivery does not cancel your ongoing subscription. To stop future orders, you must also cancel your subscription as set out in clause 9.

11. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If a delivery arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us at support@regulation.co.uk within 30 days of receipt. We will arrange a replacement, refund, or credit in line with your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. This applies regardless of the hygiene exclusions in clause 10.

12. Delivery

We aim to dispatch subscription orders within our standard processing times. Delivery timescales are estimates only and we are not liable for delays caused by carriers or circumstances outside our control.

If a delivery cannot be completed (for example, an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts), we will contact you to resolve before the next subscription cycle.

13. Stock Availability

In the unlikely event a subscribed product becomes permanently unavailable, we will contact you to offer a suitable alternative or, if none is available, cancel that product from your subscription with no further charge.

If a product is temporarily out of stock at the time of your renewal, we will dispatch as soon as it becomes available, or skip that delivery and resume at your next scheduled cycle. You will not be charged for skipped deliveries.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Where changes are material, we will notify active subscribers by email with reasonable notice. Continued use of your subscription following notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Suspension and Termination by REGULATION

We reserve the right to suspend or cancel your subscription if we reasonably believe it is being used fraudulently, in breach of these Terms, or in breach of any other REGULATION policy. Where we cancel a subscription for these reasons, no refund will be issued for past deliveries.

16. Discreet Packaging

All orders are dispatched in plain, unbranded outer packaging. No reference to product type or brand appears on the outside of the parcel.

17. Privacy

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We use your data only to fulfil your subscription, manage your account, and communicate with you about your subscription.

18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

REGULATION Kink Premier Subscription — Terms & Conditions

Last updated: August 2026

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your Kink Premier Subscription ("Subscription") with REGULATION ("we", "us", "our"), operated by Regulation GB Ltd of Unit 11B Uplands Business Park, London, E17 5QJ.

By purchasing a Subscription, you confirm that you are aged 18 or over, have read these Terms in full, and agree to be bound by them. These Terms apply alongside our Terms of Sale, Returns Policy and Privacy Policy.

1. About Kink Premier

Kink Premier is a paid membership for REGULATION customers. It gives you free UK shipping and returns, priority dispatch, a poppers discount and early access to sales, for a monthly or annual fee.

Your benefits start as soon as your Subscription is active and continue for as long as it stays active and paid up.

In these Terms, "UK Delivery Area" means the United Kingdom including Northern Ireland, but excluding the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man and BFPO addresses.

2. Who can join

Kink Premier is open to customers aged 18 or over with a REGULATION account and a valid payment method.

Shipping and returns benefits apply only to orders delivered within the UK Delivery Area. If you shop with us from outside that area you can still subscribe, but you'll only be able to use the poppers discount and early sale access.

Kink Premier is for your own personal use. It isn't for business, trade or resale use, and it can't be shared, sold, gifted or transferred to anyone else — benefits apply to the account holder only.

You may hold one Subscription at a time. Where several accounts share a delivery address, payment method or device, we may treat them as connected and limit them to one Subscription between them.

3. Your benefits

Free UK shipping
Free standard shipping on every order to the UK Delivery Area, with no minimum spend. We'll choose the carrier and service — usually Royal Mail or DPD. Express, next-day, nominated-day and international shipping aren't included and remain chargeable. Doesn't cover orders from regulationpoppers.co.uk.

Free UK returns
Free returns on eligible orders using our Royal Mail or Evri drop-off services, in line with our Returns Policy. Collection services and other paid return methods aren't included. Free returns aren't available on final sale items, custom or made-to-order products, or anything else excluded under our Returns Policy, and don't cover orders from regulationpoppers.co.uk.

Priority dispatch
Orders containing only in-stock items go to the front of our dispatch queue, ahead of standard orders. This is a priority, not a guaranteed dispatch or delivery date, and it doesn't apply to made-to-order, pre-order or backordered items, or to items awaiting stock. Orders placed after our daily cut-off are prioritised on the next working day.

5% off poppers
An extra 5% off eligible purchases at regulationpoppers.co.uk and in our Soho store. Online, the discount applies at checkout when you're logged in; in store, just show your membership barcode or confirmation email. Use the same email address for both your regulation.co.uk and regulationpoppers.co.uk accounts so we can link them.

This discount can't be combined with promotional codes. It can be used alongside Mix & Match (online) and BOGOF (in store), but where more than one offer applies you'll get whichever gives you the bigger saving, not both. Purchases at regulationpoppers.co.uk are subject to that site's own terms, stock and age verification.

Early sale access
We'll email you about sale events around 24 hours before they open to everyone else. Early access doesn't reserve or guarantee stock, and occasional flash sales, partner promotions and third-party events may not be included. Please keep your account email address up to date and check that our emails aren't going to spam — we can't extend an offer if a notification doesn't reach you.

Order consolidation. Where you place several orders on the same day, we may combine them into a single shipment.

4. Fair use

Free shipping, free returns and priority dispatch are there for normal personal shopping, and we'd rather set out clearly what "normal" means than leave it vague.

We may look into your account where, for example:

  • Your return rate reaches 70% or more of the value you've ordered, across three or more orders
  • Your order or return volume is well above what we'd expect from a customer shopping for themselves
  • Orders are placed, cancelled or returned in a pattern that suggests resale, stock-holding or commercial use
  • Free returns are used to buy the same or similar items repeatedly with the intention of returning most of them
  • The account is being used to avoid shipping or return costs on someone else's behalf

These are indicators, not automatic triggers — we'll always look at the full picture. Returns of faulty or incorrectly supplied items are never counted against you.

If we think your use of these benefits goes beyond reasonable personal use, we may:

  • Get in touch to talk it through with you first
  • Apply our standard shipping or return charges to future orders
  • Suspend the affected benefit, or your Subscription, in line with clause 11
  • Decline to renew your Subscription at the end of your current period

Nothing here affects your statutory rights, including your right to return goods that are faulty, not as described, or cancelled within your legal cooling-off period.

5. Price and payment

  • Monthly plan: £4.95 a month
  • Annual plan: £54.95 a year

Prices include VAT where applicable. Your Subscription starts on the day you buy it.

On the monthly plan we'll take £4.99 on the same date each month. On the annual plan we'll take £54.95 as a annual payment covering 12 months.

We'll email you a reminder at least seven days before each renewal, so you have time to change or cancel first.

We may change the price of a Subscription. If we do, we'll email you at least 30 days beforehand and the new price will only apply from your next renewal — never part-way through a period you've already paid for. You're free to cancel before it takes effect.

6. If a payment fails

If we can't take a payment, we'll try again over the following seven days and let you know. Your benefits are suspended from the moment a payment fails and come back as soon as it goes through.

If we still can't collect payment after seven days, your Subscription will end. You're welcome to start a new one at any time. Please keep your payment details up to date in your account.

7. Pausing

You can pause your Subscription once per billing cycle from your account dashboard, for up to three months at a time.

While you're paused we won't bill you and your benefits are switched off so any order you place during a pause is charged at our standard shipping and returns rates. Everything resumes on the date you choose, or whenever you unpause, and your next payment is taken then.

Pausing doesn't extend a period you've already paid for on any plan. If a pause runs past three months, we may resume or close the Subscription and will email you first.

8. Cancelling

You can cancel any time from your account dashboard or by emailing support@regulation.co.uk. No phone calls, no retention scripts.

When you cancel, we stop taking payments straight away and your benefits carry on until the end of the period you've already paid for. After that your Subscription simply ends.

Cancelling your Subscription doesn't affect any order you've already placed.

9. Refunds and your 14-day right to change your mind

You have 14 days from the day you buy your Subscription to change your mind, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Just email support@regulation.co.uk.

By subscribing you're asking us to start your benefits immediately rather than waiting 14 days. That means:

  • If you haven't used any benefit, we'll refund you in full.
  • If you have used a benefit, we'll refund what you paid less a proportionate amount for the part of the period you've had. Where the shipping and return costs we've covered for you come to more than that, we may instead deduct those actual costs, up to the amount you paid.

Outside the 14-day period, Subscription fees aren't refundable and we don't refund part-used periods — but you keep your benefits to the end of the period you've paid for, as set out in clause 8. The exception is where we withdraw your Subscription under clause 10, in which case you'll get a pro-rata refund.

This applies to Subscription fees only. It doesn't affect your rights on anything you buy from us — those are covered by our Returns Policy and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

10. Changes to benefits, and withdrawing the programme

We may change, replace or remove individual benefits — for example if a carrier changes, or a discount partner arrangement ends. Where a change makes your Subscription materially less valuable, we'll email you at least 30 days beforehand and you can cancel with a pro-rata refund of the unused part of your current period.

We may also withdraw Kink Premier altogether, or end an individual membership at our discretion. Where we do this for any reason other than your material breach of these Terms, we'll give you reasonable notice by email, keep your benefits running until that date, and refund the unused part of anything you've paid in advance — calculated daily for monthly plans, and daily or monthly for annual plans, whichever works out better for you.

This clause doesn't affect your statutory rights.

11. Misuse, fraud and suspension

We may suspend or end your Subscription, withdraw benefits, or close your account where we reasonably believe that:

  • Your Subscription or benefits are being used fraudulently, or in a way that breaches these Terms or our other policies
  • Benefits are being shared, resold or used by someone other than the account holder
  • Payments have been reversed or charged back without good reason
  • Multiple accounts are being used to obtain more than one Subscription's worth of benefits

Where we end a Subscription for a material breach, we won't refund fees already paid. We'll tell you why, and you can ask us to look at it again by emailing support@regulation.co.uk.

12. If a benefit doesn't apply properly

If a benefit fails to apply to an order — say free shipping doesn't come off at checkout — get in touch within 30 days and we'll refund the difference. That refund is our responsibility to you in these circumstances, and we're not liable for any wider loss.

Benefits may occasionally be unavailable for short periods while we carry out maintenance or where a carrier or third-party service is disrupted. Where that materially affects your membership for an extended period, get in touch and we'll put it right.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Where a change is material, we'll email active members at least 30 days beforehand. If you're not happy with a change, you can cancel before it takes effect and we'll refund the unused part of your current period. Continuing your Subscription after that means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Your privacy

We handle your personal data in line with our Privacy Policy, and use it to run your membership, apply your benefits and keep you updated about your Subscription. All orders are dispatched in plain, unbranded outer packaging with no reference to product type or brand on the outside.

15. General

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. If any part of these Terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still applies.
