Your order will be shipped in a plain discreet padded envelope or box with additional padding and protection. We use paper-based and recycled postal packages whenever possible.

12 MONTH RUBBER WARRANTY

Our 12 month warranty gives you peace of mind concerning defects and product faults. Should you experience any quality issues please get in touch with our Customer Service Team.

Terms of Warranty

  • This quality warranty covers manufacturing or hardware faults (buckles, snaps, zips) where the item was unable to withstand acceptable occasional use.
  • Acceptable use implies a well-fitted garment, stored in a dry dark environment.
  • Warranty excludes light damage except in cases where we have been informed within 14 days of receipt that light damage is visible.
  • Warranty is void in cases where the original garment has been repaired by a third party.
  • The warranty does not cover accidental damage (eg rips, tears, holes) however this may occur, and is not transferable to any other person or purchase.
  • REGULATION will cover the cost of UK shipping however you may be required to ship the garment back to us initially at your own expense, to be reimbursed later. International shipping and customs fees will not be covered.

ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE REPAIR

We know that accidents sometimes happen so we're offering 30% off your rubber garment's repair within 6 months of it's arrival. This excludes the cost of getting your item back to us. A quote is required before ordering. Just contact our Customer Service Team.

Terms & Conditions
A discount code will be included in your shipping confirmation email. It will be valid for 95 days. The code provides 30% off rubber repairs and can be applied at checkout in our London store or online. Offer only valid in cases where repair is possible and practical.

You are responsible for covering the cost of all inbound shipping fees and any customs taxes, charges or duties we incur when receiving your garment for repair. REGULATION will cover outbound shipping costs minus customs fees/taxes. Offer has no monetary value and cannot be applied in conjunction with any other offer or promotion. Code is not transferable to other purchases or customers.
